Russia supports the continuation of contacts between Azerbaijan and Armenia to resolve all controversial issues and sign a peace treaty.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov.

"We are in favor of continuing contacts between Baku and Yerevan," he said.

According to Peskov, this is necessary for general tension and the signing of a peace agreement soon.
