According to the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, the return of former internally displaced persons to the city of Shusha continues as part of the Great Return. On the morning of September 5, the next migration caravan, which was set off from the Garadagh district of Baku city, reached the city of Shusha.

Axar.az reports that the city of Shusha continues to welcome its native residents.

Today, a total of 102 residents of Shusha, including 30 families, returned to their homes. The migrant caravan consisted of families temporarily settled in hostels, sanatoriums, pioneer camps, unfinished buildings, and administrative buildings in different areas of the republic.

With this, 177 families, i.e. 672 families, were permanently settled in the city of Shusha.
