Fatma Sattarova, Chairperson of the Organization of War, Labor, and Armed Forces Veterans, and participant in the Second World War, died at the age of 102.

Axar.az reports that the Labor and Armed Forces Veterans Organization told them that she will be buried in the II Alley of Honor.

Fatma Sattarova was awarded the "Independence" order and was a Presidential pensioner.

Fatma Sattarova, a prominent public figure of Azerbaijan, chairman of the Organization of War, Labor, and Armed Forces Veterans, a veteran of the Second World War, was buried.

The deceased was buried in the Alley of Honor II.

Relatives of the deceased, family members, and public representatives took part in the funeral ceremony.

President Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva sent a wreath to the funeral of Fatma Sattarova.
