Sanctions are a failed tool, and Western countries cannot use them to impose their will on Iran.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.

“The West still hopes for and applies its failed sanction strategy. Western countries must change their approach. We have never refused constructive discussions, even on contentious issues, and we are ready to engage in dialogue. However, dialogue must be based on mutual respect, not on threats and pressure,” Araghchi said.
