Ronaldo to co-own Al-Nassr after contract extension

Portuguese national team striker Cristiano Ronaldo will become a co-owner of the Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr after extending his contract.

Axar.az, citing Repоrt, states that Al-Nassr is preparing to recognize Ronaldo's significant influence at the club by offering him part ownership as a component of his contract. The Portuguese footballer will acquire a 5% stake in the club.

The 39-year-old player’s contract with the Saudi Arabian club is expected to be extended until 2026, earning him €200 million from the deal. His current contract is valid until the end of the season.

It should be noted that Ronaldo has been playing for Al-Nassr since January 2023. He has scored 81 goals in 90 matches for the team.
