At 21:30 local time in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv, four Azerbaijani students were shot and two of them were injured.
Axar.az reports that the statement came from the chairman of the United Diaspora of Azerbaijanis in Ukraine Hikmet Javadov.
"After receiving the information, I and senior members of the diaspora came to the scene. When our students returned home, they saw a car with an Armenian license plate in the yard of the building. Seeing that the Azerbaijanis were paying attention to him, the car owner got into an argument with them. After that, another Armenian joined him. One of them had a pistol, which was later used. After that, the perpetrators fled the scene. We stayed at the scene until five in the morning. We hospitalized the injured. Police are currently searching for the perpetrators," he said.
