TRT World has prepared a documentary about II Karabakh War - "Focal Point: 44 Days - Karabakh War".

Axar.az reports that several officials, witnesses and journalists have participated in the documentary.

One of the participants, Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev talked about the Armenian vandalism and aggression towards Azerbaijan:

"You can see the level of destruction. When Fuzuli was liberated Azerbaijani soldiers had a difficulty to find one solid building to hang Azerbaijani flag. Unfortunately, nothing has been left."

The spokesman of Azerbaijan Ministry of Defence, Colonel Vagif Dargahli, talked about the military operations:

"Despite the difficulties, the Azerbaijani Army did its best to implement the task. Our army attacked with tanks and other armoured vehicles with the support of artillery and liberated all the territories in this direction from the enemy."

Former diplomat, the Center of Analysis International Relations chairman Farid Shafiyev and one of the participants of the video stated:

"I would like to hope that Moscow also realizes that that kind of footprint cannot last forever. For all these 27 years Azerbaijan never reconciled with the occupation. We have been told that we had to accept the status on the ground. We did not."

He also stated that nothing is over. If anything will threaten the sovereignty of Azerbaijan, we will work towards that.
