French police detained 217 people who protested against the pension reform.

Axar.az reports that RT reported on this.

According to the information, the detained persons are accused of robbery and arson.

It should be noted that 6 thousand of people gathered in the center of Paris in connection with the action yesterday. Some of them started arson in the city. Video footage showing how a fire broke out in the streets of the French capital and how cars were burning has been released. Police forces used tear gas and water cannons to disperse the demonstrators.
