Yulia Navalnaya, the wife of the Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who died in prison today, spoke at the Munich Security Conference and commented on the news about her husband's death.

"I don't know whether to believe this terrible news we received only from Russian government sources. We have not been able to trust Putin and Putin's government for many years. They always lie. But if this is true, I want Putin and everyone around him to know that they are responsible and will answer for everything they did to our country and my family. And that day is very close," Navalnaya said.

He called on the international community to unite and "defeat evil".

It should be noted that today Alexei Navalny died in prison No. 3 in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. His cause of death is under investigation.
