Ukraine claims Russia launched an ICBM for first time -

On the morning of November 21, the Russian army launched strikes on the city of Dnipro using various types of missiles, including an intercontinental ballistic missile fired from Russia's Astrakhan region.

Axar.az reports that this information was shared by the Ukrainian Air Force.

Additionally, a "Kinzhal" aeroballistic missile was launched over the Tambov region, along with seven Kh-101 cruise missiles targeting Dnipro.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional administration, Serhiy Lysak, stated that the strikes hit industrial facilities and a rehabilitation center for veterans.

It should be noted that reports had circulated about Russia possibly launching an RS-26 "Rubezh" intercontinental ballistic missile at Ukraine.
