Unless Ukraine forces it through major victories on the battlefield, Russian President Vladimir Putin will not make concessions on his military objectives.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the U.S.-based Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

The report states that the Kremlin continues to deliberately promote the idea of confrontation with the West in order to justify the war against Ukraine and to secure public support for potential future aggression against NATO:

“Moscow has spent significant resources on building domestic support for the war, and it has been successful. Both the Russian state and independent polling agencies show that the majority of Russian citizens support continuing the war until the Kremlin’s declared objectives — such as denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine — are achieved.”
