Tehran has conveyed its position on the Zangezur Corridor issue to the Presidents of Russia and Turkiye at the highest level.

Axar.az reports that this statement was made by Alaeddin Boroujerdi, a member of the Iranian Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission.

He stated that special attention must be paid to the Zangezur Corridor issue at this stage:

“The situation on Iran’s northern and eastern borders is stable, but in light of regional developments, Tehran’s position must once again be clearly communicated to Russia, Turkiye, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.”
