Two Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestlers have reached the finals at the U-17 World Championship held in Athens, Greece.
Axar.az reports that, according to the Wrestling Federation, Hikmat Hagverdiyev (51 kg) and Ali Nazarov (60 kg) will compete for the gold medal. Their opponents will be Otabek Tursunov (Uzbekistan) and Amangeldi Isakbayev (Kyrgyzstan), respectively.
Abdurrahman Huseynli (45 kg) and Yusif Ahmadli (71 kg), who lost in the semifinals, will fight for bronze.
Said Pashayev (92 kg) will compete in the repechage round.
Note: The medal matches will be held on July 30.
