Mirzoyan meets with Iranian FM Araghchi in Yerevan

On August 19, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s Foreign Minister, who arrived in Yerevan as part of the Iranian President’s delegation.

Axar.az reports that the Armenian Foreign Ministry issued the statement.

Mirzoyan and Araghchi emphasized the importance of the agreements reached in the context of developing a strategic partnership between the two countries and discussed the steps to be taken in this direction.

The two foreign ministers, continuing discussions at the leadership level, also addressed the opportunities arising from the unblocking of regional communications and the mutual understanding achieved on this issue.
