Turkiye to start oil production in Diyabakir

Turkiye will start oil production in Diyarbakir.

Axar.az informs according to Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar, this move is part of the country's efforts to boost energy production to meet growing demand.

The same exploration method will also be applied in Trakia for natural gas discovery.

Turkiye’s energy demand is expected to triple over the next 30 years, requiring sustained efforts to ensure supply and continue oil and gas exploration.
