Erdogan: 1.29 million refugees have returned to Syria

A total of 1.29 million refugees have returned to Syria so far.

Axar.az reports that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated this, noting:

“As Syria strengthens its unity, peace, and stability, the return of refugees scattered across the world is accelerating. The number of people who have returned to Syria has reached 1.29 million, and this figure is increasing daily. These are promising and positive outcomes for us. Turkiye has already begun building houses in Syria and will continue this work in the future,” Erdoğan said.
