Turkiye is building relations with Azerbaijan in coordination and solidarity.
Axar.az reports that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said this in his speech at the country's Grand National Assembly (TBMM).
According to him, relations between Azerbaijan and Turkiye continue on bilateral and multilateral platforms:
"The will expressed in Washington on August 8 in the Azerbaijan-Armenia peace process and the progress we have made in the normalization process with Armenia have strengthened hopes for a long-awaited permanent peace in the region. We continue to act in coordination and solidarity with our ally Azerbaijan in efforts to establish peace and stability in the South Caucasus, including the reconstruction and revitalization of Karabakh."
The Minister also touched upon the relations between Turkiye and Armenia:
"We continue our dialogue at various levels with Armenia, which has shown an open and willing position on the normalization of relations with our country, and we sincerely advance our joint work on concrete steps that can be taken. Turkiye continues to strive for the establishment of peace in the South Caucasus and the creation of a common prosperity area in the region."
