Hungary blocks €90B EU aid to Ukraine

Hungary has blocked the European Union's €90 billion in financial aid to Ukraine using Russian assets.

Axar.az reports that Politico covered this.

"Hungary officially blocked the issuance of Eurobonds to support Ukraine on December 5. This deprived the EU of a potential "Plan B", the article noted.

Earlier, a diplomatic source said that EU ambassadors had not made any practical decisions regarding Russian assets.
