British and Belgian prime ministers Keir Starmer and Bart De Wever have described the current moment as a turning point for Ukraine’s future.
Axar.az reports that this was stated in a joint declaration released after talks held in London.
It was noted that during the meeting, the prime ministers discussed peace negotiations on Ukraine and agreed that the talks are approaching a decisive turning point for the future.
The sides called for increasing pressure on Moscow and strengthening Kyiv’s position, viewing this as the only path to achieving a just and lasting peace.
The politicians also discussed the confiscation of Russian assets, a move opposed by Belgium.
