Fidan: Ukraine peace will extend beyond the two sides

The peace to be achieved will not only be a peace between Russia and Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said these words in an interview with journalists.

"This will also be a peace between Europe and Russia. After Donald Trump came to power, the United States shifted its leading role in the Russia-Ukraine war, adopted a neutral stance, and reevaluated its role and responsibility in European security.

If the Russia-Ukraine war was a problem, the position that the United States took towards the end of this war created another problem.

Considering the current situation, Europe is taking the security of Ukraine very seriously. Of course, it should also be discussed whether this is realistic in terms of military strategy," Fidan said.
