Turkiye and Iraq to strengthen relations - Erdogan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Sudani had a telephone conversation.

Axar.az reports, citing a statement from the Turkish Presidential Administration.

The leaders discussed bilateral relations between Turkiye and Iraq, as well as regional and global issues.

Erdogan said that Turkiye and Iraq will develop relations in various fields. He noted that increasing cooperation in the fight against terrorism is in the interests of both countries.
