Polish jets scrambled after Russian strikes on Ukraine

Polish fighter jets have been scrambled in response to Russia’s mass missile and drone strikes on Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that the information was released by the Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces.

According to the statement, “fighter jets have been deployed, and ground-based air defense and radar reconnaissance systems have been brought to the highest level of combat readiness.”

It was also noted that the measures are precautionary and aimed at ensuring security in sensitive regions and areas along the border.
