Trump warns Iran over Qatar strikes

U.S. President Donald Trump claimed that Israel, angered by recent events in the region, carried out a strike on a small section of Iran’s South Pars Gas Field. He emphasized that the United States had no prior knowledge of the attack and that Qatar was not involved or aware of it.

Axar.az informs, in a post on Truth Social, he noted that Iran was unaware of the circumstances surrounding the South Pars strike and, in response, attacked part of Qatar’s LNG gas facility, which he described as “unjustified and unfair.”

"NO MORE ATTACKS WILL BE MADE BY ISRAEL pertaining to this extremely important and valuable South Pars Field unless Iran unwisely decides to attack a very innocent, in this case, Qatar - In which instance the United States of America, with or without the help or consent of Israel, will massively blow up the entirety of the South Pars Gas Field at an amount of strength and power that Iran has never seen or witnessed before," he said.

He added that he does not want to authorize such a level of destruction due to its long-term implications for Iran, but said he would not hesitate if Qatar’s LNG facilities are targeted again.
