Macron: Military action won’t solve Iran crisis

Iran is a very bad regime, no discussion about that. I disagree with them on many issues.

Axar.az reports, citing ABC, that French President Emmanuel Macron made the statements during a talk Friday at Yonsei University in South Korea.

"But I don’t believe the situation can be fixed solely through bombings or military operations. Look at what happened with similar operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya — we never delivered. Never. Even after 20 years,” Macron said.

“So you have to respect the sovereignty of the people. If people want to change a regime, want to react, want to step up, they can do so,” he added.
