Russia has no intention of kidnapping Zelensky

Russia does not intend to kidnap Volodymyr Zelensky, as the U.S. did with Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, or it would lose its own respect.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, Valentina Matviyenko, Chairwoman of the Russian Federation Council stated: “Are you suggesting kidnapping Zelensky? Don’t provoke me into responding as if now we have to strike or kidnap someone. That is not our style. We are a country that respects itself and is respected in the world. If we acted in such ways, we would lose our self-respect."

"The U.S. gained no effect from the assassination of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in Iran, but "the stigma will remain in history forever,” Matviyenko added.
