Eight people were injured in Novorossiysk as a result of a Ukrainian drone attack.

Axar.az informs that Krasnodar Krai Governor Veniamin Kondratyev reported the incident.

He said that since the morning of April 5, the region has faced multiple drone attacks, with warning systems activated in Novorossiysk, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Sochi, and other cities.

Kondratyev described the situation in Novorossiysk as the most serious. Eight people, including two children, were injured and all were taken to hospital.

Six apartment buildings and two private homes were damaged in the city due to the drone strikes. The governor also noted that drone debris was found on the premises of several enterprises.

Reports highlight that the main target of the drones was the Sheskharis oil terminal.
