US ambassador thanks Israel for Iran rescue support

U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee said that he met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to thank Israel on behalf of the American people for its unprecedented support to U.S. military and intelligence agencies in rescuing American air crew members in Iran.

Axar.az informs that Huckabee described the operation as “brilliant” and said the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Mossad were valuable partners in the mission.

It is worth noting that the U.S. conducted an operation in Iran to rescue the second pilot of the downed F-15 aircraft.
