German Chancellor 'totally ineffective' on Ukraine war

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz has been criticized by U.S. President Donald Trump over his approach to international and domestic issues.

Axar.az reports that the U.S. president, in a post on Truth Social, stated that the German chancellor should focus more on ending the Russia–Ukraine war and addressing domestic challenges.

“The Chancellor of Germany should spend more time on ending the war with Russia/Ukraine (where he has been totally ineffective!) and fixing his broken country, especially immigration and energy, and less time on interfering with those that are getting rid of the Iran nuclear threat, thereby making the world, including Germany, a safer place,” Trump wrote.
