Iranian missiles hit US navy vessel in Hormuz

Two missiles struck a U.S. military vessel during an Iranian attack.

Axar.az informs, citing the Fars News Agency, that according to the information from Iranian military sources, the vessel, belonging to the U.S. Navy, reportedly attempted to pass through the Strait of Hormuz despite warnings from Iranian forces and was targeted in a missile strike.

It was reported that after being hit, the ship was forced to withdraw.

It should be noted that the United States has launched the “Project Freedom” operation aimed at ensuring the safe passage of ships through the Strait of Hormuz.
