Greek-owned tanker hit by drone near Novorossiysk

A drone attacked the Greek tanker Skiros after it took on cargo at the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) terminal near Novorossiysk, Bloomberg reported.

Axar.az informs, citing Meduza, that the attack came on the evening of Sunday, August 16. The tanker, which can hold 1 million barrels, had been loaded with Russian oil.

No crew members were injured and no petroleum products leaked into the sea, Skiros said.
