Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping held a meeting in Bishkek.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, that on the Russian side, the talks are being attended by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Maxim Oreshkin, Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov, Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov, Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev, Presidential Special Representative for Investment and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries and CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) Kirill Dmitriev, and Rosatom CEO Alexey Likhachev.

It should be noted that Putin and Xi are in Kyrgyzstan to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit.
