Turkey must obtain permission from Russia to sell S-400 systems to third countries.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Dmitry Shugayev, head of the Russian Federal Council for Military-Technical Cooperation.

"According to the agreement, Turkey must obtain permission from Russia to sell S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems to third countries. However, Turkey has not sent any appeal to Russia in this regard," Shugayev said.

Earlier, the US Senate claimed that the country could buy S-400 systems from Turkey.
