North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has apologized to Seoul for killing a South Korean citizen.

Axar.az informs this was reported by the official Pyongyang.

Earlier this week, an employee of South Korea's Fisheries Department was detained by North Korean troops and later killed.

A Seoul official has said a North Korean man was burned to death "as part of a fight against the coronavirus."
