134 Afghan soldiers seek refuge in Tajikistan

The situation on the border is tense as the Taliban attacked the Shirkhan border checkpoint on the Tajik-Afghan border in Afghanistan's Kunduz province.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the National Security Committee of Tajikistan.

As a result of the Taliban attacks, 134 Afghan government troops have crossed into Tajikistan.

It was reported that four Afghan soldiers crossing the border were injured.
