CNN Turk correspondent Yunus Paksoy has revealed details of the US president's schedule for the NATO summit to be held in Ankara.

Axar.az informs, citing Turkish media, Trump is expected to be officially welcomed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

That same evening, the US president will take part in an official welcoming ceremony hosted by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The two leaders will then hold bilateral talks.

On Wednesday, Trump will attend the NATO leaders' dinner. Later that afternoon, he will participate in the official welcoming ceremony and the traditional family photo, followed by the NATO leaders' working session.

On the sidelines of the summit, Trump is also scheduled to hold meetings with Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Before departing Ankara, he will hold a press conference. He will return to the White House on Wednesday evening.
