At the beginning of the large-scale war, Russian leader Vladimir Putin ordered Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrova to kill Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Axar.az reports that "Wall Street Journal" reported on this with reference to Ukrainian intelligence.

It was reported that Putin ordered Kadyrov to occupy Ukrainian government offices and kill the Ukrainian president.

The publication wrote that three weeks before the start of the large-scale invasion, Putin called Kadyrov to Moscow to prepare a strategy.

Already on February 25, 2022, the Kadyrov fighters entered Ukraine with three columns of armored vehicles.
