The Armenian authorities once said: "Karabakh is Armenia and a point." After that, we lost Karabakh. God forbid that the authorities say "Zangezur is Armenia and that's it."

Axar.az reports that political scientist Artur Khachikyan said these words in his statement to the Armenian media.

"We have never been so humiliated. Turkiye, Iran, and Azerbaijan discuss the corridor through Armenia without Yerevan. "Turkiye and Azerbaijan aggressively demand a corridor: you don't say, there are at least two corridors and they are strategic," he said.

Khachikyan noted that Azerbaijan demands the return of 300,000 Azerbaijanis to Armenia in a way no less aggressive than the corridor:

"Azerbaijani police will follow them. In addition, they demand the closure of the nuclear power plant - they want to go back to the stone age. They also demand that we renounce the "Armenian genocide".

He claimed that after the opening of the corridor, a provocation will be organized and then conditions will be created for the Azerbaijani Army to enter the territory of Armenia.

According to him, the West is interested in the opening of the corridor, because Azerbaijan will join NATO member Turkiye in it.

Khachikyan stressed that the West will not help Armenia, and Iran will not intervene militarily.

"The Armenian authorities serve the interests of others and try to please the West, which does not give anything but its word."
