Lavrov: Blinken got scared and ran away!

Blinken avoided the meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Skopje because he is afraid of a frank conversation with concrete facts.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergey Lavrov.

"I think they are cowards," he said.

It should be noted that Blinken left Macedonia for a visit to the Middle East even before the Russian minister arrived in Skopje.
