At one time, it seemed to us that the biggest problem was the lack of money, and if we had money, all the problems would be solved.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan.

"Now things have turned out that we have money, but no luck. To have the schools, health facilities, and roads that we want, we must be creative. Government members dealing with this issue have been in a very heavy and pessimistic mood since the beginning of the year. But we need to move to finish the road," said Pashinyan.
