US energy company ExxonMobil is negotiating a multi-billion dollar liquefied natural gas (LNG) contract.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Alparslan Bayragdar, Minister of Energy of Turkiye.

"Turkiye, which imports almost all of its natural gas from Russia, is trying to create a new supply portfolio that will make it less dependent on any partner," he said.
