It should be noted that according to the Constitution, the Cabinet of Ministers resigns immediately after the Russian President is sworn in, and the powers are transferred to the President.

In his statement the other day, President Putin instructed that the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers should not affect the economic situation in the country, and production should not be delayed even for a moment. Pointing out that his country is currently in a state of war, Putin stressed that this could have serious consequences.

Therefore, it is expected that Putin will approve the composition of the Cabinet of Ministers in a short time.
