Erdogan and Putin may meet in Astana

Presidents of Russia and Turkiye - Volodymyr Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan can meet within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit to be held in Astana in July.

Axar.az reports that Yuri Ushakov, assistant to the Russian head of state, told journalists about this.

"If the President of Turkiye participates in the SCO summit, we will definitely try to hold a comprehensive meeting between the leaders of Russia and Turkiye. The time of the meeting is getting longer, both Moscow and Ankara understand it," Ushakov said.
