Russia struck a heavy blow - the United States took action

Russia's missile strikes today, which killed dozens of civilians and caused casualties and damage to Kyiv's largest children's hospital, are a grim reminder of Russian brutality.

Axar.az reports that US President Joe Biden said these words on Monday in reaction to Russia's missile attacks on Ukraine, including on the children's hospital in Kyiv.

Biden added that Washington and its NATO allies will announce new measures this week to strengthen Ukraine's air defenses.

It should be noted that, according to the latest information, 41 civilians died as a result of Russia's attacks on Ukraine yesterday. Mourning was announced in Kyiv.
