Revenge will be taken for the killing of Ismail Haniyeh, head of the Hamas Political Bureau.

Axar.az reports that the information about this was published in the X account of Iran's Supreme National Security Council.

It was noted that the killing of Haniyeh was a "cowardly act" and those who committed it will surely be punished.

It should be recalled that I. Haniyeh was killed on July 31 in Tehran. He went to Tehran to attend the swearing-in ceremony of the new president of Iran, Massoud Pezeshkian.
