Russia says it destroyed two Ukrainian MiG-29 jets -

The Russian Armed Forces destroyed two Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter jets at the Voznesensk airfield in Ukraine's Mykolaiv region using two Geran-4 Seeker drones.

Axar.az reports, citing the Russian Defense Ministry, one of the aircraft, loaded with aviation munitions, was parked outside a reinforced concrete aircraft shelter, while the second was being refueled inside the shelter by a fuel tanker.

The ministry said the strike destroyed both MiG-29 fighter jets, a fuel tanker, an АPA-5D aircraft ground power unit, as well as flight and engineering personnel who had arrived to prepare the aircraft for takeoff.

It should be noted that earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force reported that a MiG-29 fighter jet had crashed during a combat mission.
