EU Parliament approves €35 billion loan to Ukraine

The European Parliament has overwhelmingly supported a major initiative to provide up to 35 billion euros in loans to Ukraine using immobilized assets of the Russian Central Bank.

Axar.az reports that 518 votes were cast in favor of the plan, 56 against, and 61 parliamentarians abstained.

President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola called this result a historic moment.
