If Kyiv is granted permission to strike deep into Russia with American weapons, this will mark a qualitatively new stage in the escalation and indicate Washington's increased involvement in the Ukraine conflict.

Axar.az reports that Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov made this statement.

"For these missile systems, flight missions can only be carried out by NATO military personnel. Ukrainian soldiers cannot do this. Therefore, the issue is not just whether Ukraine is allowed to strike Russia with these weapons. The question is whether NATO countries will directly participate in the military conflict. If this decision is made, it will be nothing less than direct involvement of NATO countries in the Ukraine war," Peskov said.
