The weather in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on November 19 is expected to be partly cloudy, occasionally overcast, and mostly dry, although some rain is expected at night and in the morning in some areas.

Axar.az reports that according to the National Hydrometeorological Service there is a possibility of short-term heavy rain in certain parts of the peninsula overnight. The southwest wind will be replaced by a northwest wind in the evening.

The temperature at night will be 9-11°C, and during the day it will reach 12-16°C. Atmospheric pressure will rise from 761 mm to 764 mm of mercury. The relative humidity will be 70-80% at night and 60-65% during the day.

In Azerbaijan’s regions, the weather is expected to be mostly dry, but some rainfall is expected in the mountainous areas during the day, and in some eastern regions in the evening, with snow in some areas. There is a possibility of short-term heavy rain in certain places. Occasional fog is expected. An easterly wind will blow.

The temperature in the regions will be 4-8°C at night and 14-18°C during the day. In the mountains, the temperature will be 2-5°C below freezing at night and 2°C below freezing to 3°C above freezing during the day.
