Iran had offered not to expand its stock of uranium enriched to up to 60% purity, near the roughly 90% of weapons grade.
Axar.az reports, citing Reuters based on confidential IAEA reports, that Tehran is also prepared to discuss accrediting four additional IAEA inspectors to conduct inspections on its territory.
It was noted that the issue of limiting the stockpile was discussed during IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi's visit to Iran last week. Tehran has already begun preparations to halt enrichment.
For context, Iran's stock of uranium enriched to up to 60% had grown by 17.6 kg in the past quarter to 182.3 kg as of Oct. 26, also enough for four weapons by that measure.
