The President-elect of the United States, Donald Trump, has stated that the country’s main enemy is the Venezuelan "Tren de Aragua" gang.

Axar.az informs that The New York Post reported this news.

Trump said: "On Day 1, I will launch the largest deportation program in American history to get the criminals out.I will rescue every city and town that has been invaded and conquered, and we will put these vicious and bloodthirsty criminals in jail, then kick them the hell out of our country as fast as possible," threatening to invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.

It is worth noting that the gang was formed in Venezuela around 15 years ago. U.S. security forces have classified the group as a national security threat in several countries, including Peru, Chile, and Colombia.

The gang also has cells operating in Brazil, Ecuador, Bolivia, and Costa Rica. Additionally, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has stated that gang members are active in the 16 largest states of the country.
